Taqwa SACCO membership is open to all Kenyans and non-Kenyans from across the globe; regardless of gender, race, religion, or class, who prefer ethical financial services governed by Islamic Principles of NO RIBA/INTEREST. We are a member-owned SACCO and our members take center stage in all our decision-making. Presently, we have 13, 250+ members drawn from across Kenya, East and Central Africa, and beyond.

Eligibility Requirements

While membership is open, Taqwa SACCO admits only eligible individuals, groups, or corporates upon fulfillment of the base requirements below: –

  1. A copy of National/Alien ID/Passport or Birth Certificate for a minor account
  2. A copy of the KRA PIN Certificate
  3. colored passport-sized photographs
  4. A copy of a recent payslip, letter of appointment, or M-pesa/bank statement
  5. Attached copy of the membership application form
  6. Registration Fee of Kes. 1500 for both BOSA and FOSA or Kes. 500 for FOSA only
