In alignment with Islamic principles, Taqwa SACCO collaborates with Zakat Kenya to fulfill our social responsibility by collecting and disbursing zakat to those who need it the most. How It Works
Zakat Collection
Taqwa SACCO works hand-in-hand with Zakat Kenya to collect zakat funds from our members who voluntarily contribute a percentage of their wealth. These funds are meticulously managed and disbursed by Zakat Kenya to ensure transparency and accountability.
Identifying Vulnerable Groups
Zakat Kenya, in collaboration with Taqwa SACCO, identifies and verifies the most vulnerable groups in society who are eligible to receive Zakat assistance.
